Your First Session
If it is your first time scheduling with us, we’d like to set up a Google Meet session with you prior to the Deep Tissue Myoskeletal Massage to discuss your health history, current aches and pains, as well as take you through some movement assessments. This information will help us prepare for your massage session and put together a functional training program specifically for you.
We’ll send you an invite to join us on Everfit. Through the app, you’ll be able to access your functional training program. There are other features avaliable to you on Everfit that you may find helpful, as well, such as a food journal.
Our Licensed Massage Therapist will schedule a time with you to show up at your location. You’ll just need to create a space for the therapist to set up their table, and we’ll handle the rest!
